European Union 's Transparency Register
As of June 29th 2023, Associação Portuguesa de Apoio à Vítima (APAV) is a included in the European Union's Transparency register. The Transparency Register is a database maintained by the EU containing standardized information on organizations that seek to influence the law-making and justice processes within the European Union. The goal of the register is to provide financial and motive-transparency. Finally all organizations that are a part of the transparency register must accept a common Code of Conduct, ensuring that APAV and its peers maintain clarity, candor, and continue to strive for a more just and equitable world. This database will also make it easier for organizations who may seek to partner with APAV to better understand the organization’s missions and status.
